Booking & Cancellation Policy To ensure a smooth and respectful experience for all clients, the following booking policy applies: Payment All sessions require full payment at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Payments are taken securely online by card. Cancellations & Rescheduling Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time. Changes made within 48 hours of the appointment will incur a 100% charge of the session fee. No-Shows Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in a 100% charge of the session fee. Late Arrivals Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to respect the next client’s booking. The full session fee still applies. Made-to-Order & Commitment Each appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Last-minute cancellations and no-shows impact the ability to offer availability to other clients — thank you for understanding and respecting this policy.
