The Gym Maintenance Massage is a deeply therapeutic treatment designed to release muscular knots, chronic tension, and built-up stagnation within the body. Using firm pressure, sports-based techniques, and precise trigger point work, this massage focuses on areas that commonly hold stress, restriction, and overuse — whether from physical activity, repetitive patterns, posture, or daily life. Where appropriate, advanced techniques may be incorporated, including scraping / IASTM, fire cupping, gliding cupping, and static cupping. These methods support detoxification, improve circulation, and help break down adhesions within the muscles and fascia, allowing the body to soften, reset, and recover more efficiently. This treatment is ideal for anyone who feels tight, knotted, heavy, or restricted, and wants a more targeted, results-driven massage that works beneath the surface. Each session is tailored intuitively to what your body needs on the day.

Booking & Cancellation Policy To ensure a smooth and respectful experience for all clients, the following booking policy applies: Payment All sessions require full payment at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Payments are taken securely online by card. Cancellations & Rescheduling Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time. Changes made within 48 hours of the appointment will incur a 100% charge of the session fee. No-Shows Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in a 100% charge of the session fee. Late Arrivals Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to respect the next client’s booking. The full session fee still applies. Made-to-Order & Commitment Each appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Last-minute cancellations and no-shows impact the ability to offer availability to other clients — thank you for understanding and respecting this policy.
