This deep tissue massage focuses on releasing built-up tension and tight areas within the muscles using slow, intentional pressure and skilled, hands-on techniques. Working into the deeper layers of muscle and fascia, the treatment helps ease discomfort, improve movement, and support the body when it feels overworked or restricted. Pressure is always tailored to you, ensuring the session remains effective while still feeling grounded, safe, and supportive. Where appropriate, IASTM (Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilisation) techniques may also be incorporated, following a brief consultation and only if deemed suitable at the time of treatment. These techniques can help address stubborn areas of tightness and encourage greater ease of movement. This massage is ideal if you carry tension through the shoulders, back, hips, or legs, or if your body feels tight from daily life, work, or physical activity. You’ll leave feeling more open, balanced, and at ease in your body.

Booking & Cancellation Policy To ensure a smooth and respectful experience for all clients, the following booking policy applies: Payment All sessions require full payment at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Payments are taken securely online by card. Cancellations & Rescheduling Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time. Changes made within 48 hours of the appointment will incur a 100% charge of the session fee. No-Shows Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in a 100% charge of the session fee. Late Arrivals Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to respect the next client’s booking. The full session fee still applies. Made-to-Order & Commitment Each appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Last-minute cancellations and no-shows impact the ability to offer availability to other clients — thank you for understanding and respecting this policy.
